The Home Workout Bible is one of our absolutely favorite training books. Even if you exercise at a gym or club, there is a ton of valuable information in this book. The Home Workout Bible contains hundreds of exercise options for different body parts, showing options with body-weight exercises, barbells,  dumbbells, and pulleys/multi-station machines. The book includes information on muscle anatomy & function, cardio-vascular exercise, and also offers multiple training programs for gaining muscle, losing fat, training for sports, or just overall better fitness.   What a combination!  Ian King, a strength coach to world-champion and Olympic athletes, and Lou Schuler, an award-winning fitness writer and editor. Together, these two men offer perhaps the best book ever written on strength and muscle building for the layman. Book of Muscle presents detailed explanations of how different muscles work, beautifully presented in a format that is as much art as science. The book includes three comprehensive 6-month training programs: one for each level of  beginner, intermediate and advanced. That's a full year-and-a-half, professionally-designed weight training program!
